FAQ & RETURN POLICY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO BE SHIPPED?

We ship orders out DAILY (Monday-Friday) Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating. 

WHICH CARRIER IS SHIPPING MY PACKAGE?

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, FEDEX

I NEED TO START A RETURN- HOW DO I DO THAT?

  • Please email Amanifitt@gmail.com to get your return approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item. Be sure to include your order number and images of the defective item(s) within the email.          WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
  • return must be made within 1 week of the delivery date
  • merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
  • proof of payment must accompany the return
  • all products are subject to inspection
